International Coaching Forum 2013

This coaching forum is organised by Basketball Ireland Coaches in conjunction with the International Affairs Committee. It is aimed at our current International Coaches, aspiring International Coaches and Inter-Regional Coaches as well as others who may be interested in attending.
We have put a line up together that will help to develop the skill set of these coaches. Coaches Paul Kelleher and Brigid Lalor are returning from their respective European Championships and James Weldon will have just completed his first week away on the FIBA Europe Coaching Certificate. Coach Simon Fisher, from England is currently their most successful underage coach and brings a wealth of experience that will be of great benefit to Irish Coaches. Cathy Grant will assist coaches in looking at Long Term Development of Players and Sports Psychologist Canice Kennedy will focus on communication and dealing with player’s mistakes.
