The Titan u16 Boys enjoyed a very physical outing today against the newly formed Ennis Panthers who, though inexperienced, gave it their all in a very high scoring affair!Though taller and stronger, the Ennis side failed to capitalize onj some good possession under the Titans boards.
However,it was the Titans stalwarths of the Pesaitis brothers, and Evidas who, owned the offensive boards and finished strong to the hoop.Oisin Carey andDavid Naughton provided the experience in the midcourt game with the support of David Mc Nulty and the basketball intelligent Sean Kelly.
The main story of the game was the emergence of two new three point shooters, Rory O’Neill and the Crowd favourite Colie Collins who made three, three pointers each from outside the perimiter.
Vitar and Cillian put in very strong performances and finished some fine transition play with points on the board!
In general, it was a good run out and refreshing to meet a fresh team and an opportunity to develop new friendships for the boys!
