Titans Wheelers made it 3 wins from 3 in the wheelchair National League. Last Saturday victory by 12 points over the Limerick Scorpions, was the teams first home match of the season, but also saw the first ever match for Brian Barrins, this sportsman who push his dad out for the final spot on the team acquitted himself with flying colours.
The match also saw the first home outings for Katie O’Brien, Dylan McLoughlin and Bartley Walsh, it had to believe that this is Walshs’ 3rd year of wheelchair basketball, but his first ever home match.
Next up for the Wheelers is a challenge match against the Irish Masters at the Galway Masters challenge followed by an away tie to the all conquering Killester team, this team has not been beaten in 4 years, so the wheelers will be up against it!
