On behalf of the wheelers team, i would like to thank the club for facilitating us run a refs conversion course last Saturday, we understand that the outlay is substantial, but we very much appreciate it, and we can assure the club that it will be far more cost effective to have local refs available for this, and future, seasons then the cost of the bringing refs from Dublin and or the Midlands. We would also like to thank Joe Bree and his u14 team, for allowing us take the spot of the U14’s for the day. Eddie Guilmartin (Dublin) who ran the course also expressed his thanks, to us as excellent hosts, and that the event was very well attended, with 12 refs now having completed the course, 11 of which are local, 1 ref travelled down from Bray to attend!
